Got a question, spotted something wrong, or need help with your account? Send us a message with the form below and it comes straight to us.
Urgent? Don't use this form
Nobody watches this form around the clock.
- In an emergency, call 999.
- On a train or at a station, text British Transport Police on 61016.
- Unwell or hurt, but it's not an emergency, call NHS 111.
Who can help fastest
- A delayed or cancelled train, refunds, Delay Repay or Passenger Assist: contact the train company you're travelling with, or ask station staff. We can't change tickets or make claims for you. National Rail lists contact details for every train company.
- Match tickets, kick-off times and away allocations: contact your club through its own website. We're not part of any club.
- A supporters' coach booking, payment, pick-up or refund: contact the supporters' club branch running the coach.
- A chat message or lift that worries you: use the Report button on it in the app. Reports go to our moderators' queue, and a chat message reported by 3 different fans is hidden until a moderator looks at it. You can also block the fan.
For anything else, including a problem in a group trip, or if you want to tell us more about a report, use the form.
Send us a message
Pick the topic that fits best:
- A question about Awayline: how something works, or an idea.
- Something in the app is wrong: tell us what you did and what happened.
- Train, fixture or pub details are wrong: tell us which game and what's wrong.
- Report a fan, a chat message or a lift: tell us the game, the display name and what happened.
- A complaint, or to appeal a decision about my account, my posts or my age band: tell us what happened and why you think it's wrong.
- My account or my data: requests to see, correct or delete your information.
- Supporters' clubs and coaches: for branches and organisers.
- Something else: anything that doesn't fit above.
Please don't send:
- sign-in codes. They work like a password, and we'll never ask for one
- passwords. Awayline doesn't use them, so we'll never ask
- bank or card details. We never take payments
- health information. For coach access needs, tell the organiser
- other people's personal details, unless you need them for a report
What happens next
Your message is emailed to us. We reply to the email address you give, so check it's right, and look in your spam folder for our reply. If you're signed in, we also see your display name and account number, so we can find your account. We don't save messages in Awayline. Our privacy notice explains more.
Awayline is a one-person project, so there's nobody on call. We aim to look at reports of threats or illegal content within 48 hours, and to reply to complaints within 14 days. Other messages may take longer, especially around match days and holidays. We'll tell you if something will take longer.
If you ask about your personal data, we'll reply within one month, as the law requires.
If you're asking about an account, we'll only discuss it with the email address on that account.
